When it comes to the sport of bodybuilding – it’s always thought that bigger is better. But one Johannesburg-based bodybuilder is living proof that size really doesn’t count.

“I first started training when I was around the age of 12. I remember my brother and I were just talking about our bodies and how we’d like to look masculine and everything and that’s when we started training”.

He stands a hundred and ten centimetres tall and weighs less than 40 kilograms.

“My workout routine involves a full body workout, so on Monday it legs I think I need to give legs a full day to themselves, and then on Tuesday I do my back and chest, on Wednesday it’s arms and rear delts or deltoids, and then on Thursday I do my abs, okay, and then on Friday I do the traps, and then between Saturday and Sunday it’s rest day, your muscles also need time to recover”.
